lets businesses evaluate job candidates’ performance in their own
work setting before committing to hiring them for full-time employment.
And we never charge a placement fee for direct
hires.
Our unique approach has served us well. In a highly competitive industry,
we are able to generate a large portion of our operating budget from earned
income. Additional funding comes
from corporate and private philanthropic foundations, government agencies
and private donors.
